Aura Reading is a conversation with our deepest self. A connection. A bridge.

In a world where the brain is constantly in demand, the heart often takes a backseat. In this hustle and bustle, the relationship with our soul is compromised.

This, which is the most important relationship in our lives, the one we have with ourselves, requires attention and presence. How many times do we put everything else before our most intimate relationship?

When this connection is not nurtured, the ability to listen to ourselves loses strength. And this complicity is what brings us joy. It is through this voice that we know where and how we want to live. Who we like to be with. What we are passionate about and what excites us. Which is good for us. 

Sometimes all it takes is a bridge to remind us who we are. 

Aura Reading makes that bridge, and reestablishes that connection.


In practical terms, the Aura Reading consists of a session in which the reader, through a meditative process, connects to the energy of the person being read, thus accessing information that is in their energetic field. This information, which reflects your current emotional and, sometimes, physical state, is transmitted to you, bringing to consciousness something that was in the unconscious. With more knowledge of themselves, their potential, and their challenges, the person becomes more capable of dealing with day-to-day circumstances. 

There are several types of Aura Reading: Generic, Thematic, Relationship Reading, and Masculine and Feminine Energy Reading.

Generic Reading

It is the first reading that is usually done, because it’s a reflection of the person's state at the moment. This means that the information that emerges is the most pressing.

Thematic Reading

This reading focuses on a specific theme chosen by the person who’s being read.

Relationships Reading

It's a reading that looks at the relationship between two people.

(Only one of them needs to be present).

Feminine and Masculine Energy Reading

Through this reading you can see how you are using Masculine energy (action) or Feminine energy (attraction) regardless of your gender (sex) and which polarity is dominant in the life cycle you are living.

Yoga

What started out as a physical activity has become an inspiration. Yoga brings me much more than a feeling of well-being after practicing. It's a help in the challenges of everyday life, a roadmap for my self-knowledge, and an essential part of my healing process.

The fact that it has brought me so much made me want to share it with others. That's why I took the 200-hour certification with Rita Cachaço and Joana Cadete, approved by the Yoga Alliance Professionals, and had one of the most enriching experiences of my life. I see yoga as an inner journey that takes us to our essence, the essence that brings us the purest joy.

The Kathopanishad, an ancient Hindu text, describes Yoga as follows: “When the senses are stilled, when the mind is at rest, when the intellect does not waver - then, say the sages, the highest stage is reached. This constant control of the senses and mind has been defined as Yoga. He who achieves it is free from delusion.”

The human energy system, according to yoga, traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese tradition, is made up of various energy channels called nadis (in yoga) or meridians (in traditional Chinese medicine). These energy channels run throughout the body, providing the vitality and balance necessary for physical, mental and spiritual health.

Energy Healing consists of cleansing some of the main energy channels in a person's body, using various ancient techniques.

Blockages are identified and removed, helping the person to understand certain behaviors and patterns. Universal energy is also transmitted, thus strengthening the person's body.

When the human energy system is in balance, the person feels healthier, more fulfilled and in harmony with themselves and the environment around them.

BIO

Hello, I’m Inês. I was born in Porto, but I live in Ericeira, in the tranquillity and near a dip in the sea. 

I'm here because I love sharing what I've learned. Because I love being able to bridge the gap between someone and their soul. Because I love seeing the peace on each face after a Yoga class, an Energy Healing, or an Aura Reading.

Because each of these tools allows us to get in touch with our innermost self, whatever we want to call it - soul, spirit, essence, higher self. You don't even have to name it, just feel it. I'm discovering that this is my greatest happiness. Supporting human beings in discovering themselves.

A few years ago, while searching for a cure for an illness, I came up against a great difficulty: I didn't know who I was. I had never been down that road. I had never inquired. I always ran away. Since then, the journey has been... interesting. A rollercoaster, but with breathtaking landscapes and continuous achievements. The inner journey is undoubtedly the great odyssey of earthly life.

Yoga, Aura Reading, and Energy Healing appear as ways of reaching me. These are tools that I decided to delve into because they were (and are) essential in my process, on my path to physical and emotional healing.

And so it's an honor for me to share them with the world. With anyone who wants to dive into their inner landscape. Believe me, the journey is much better than we imagine.
